This turned out a bit too ‘triangley’ for my taste – maybe a few more rows will make it more round/spiral like?
Hmmm – think that orange is a bit too bright! Don’t think I’ll do much more with this one. Though the popcorns and ruffle on the blue spiral show promise…
I liked the ‘furry’ texture of the cream yarn. It’s also got a few sequins – can you see ’em?
I had this textured bobbly black wool that I thought would be great for Bullions – WRONG!
Even when I could drag the yarn through my loops on the hook you couldn’t ‘see’ the bullion. In the end I gave up and started doing trebles!
I’m really proud of how this turned out. It was my very first attempt at a crochet pendant.
I love the way the yarn picks up the light.
The purple and blue yarns are DK cotton and the light green is 4-ply cotton.
Uneven spiral – make in cotton with thread overlay and a few picots. Of my early attempts, this is certainly one of my favourites
